WillitsOnline.Com was founded by Mike Ireton, a computer engineer with over 22 years of experience in systems programming, network engineering, security, and high speed telecommunications. Mr. Ireton came to Willits first in 1999 and fell in love with the local community and it's exceptionally high quality of life, something that was sorely lacking in the bay area where he lived. In 2002 he relocated here, and seeing the need for a quality broadband service, founded TieDye Networks (the predecessor to WillitsOnline.Com).

We use Linux and other free software everywhere in our operation to reduce costs, and to increase the stabillity and peformance of our systems.

We obey a strict code of ethics in the operation of our business and obey the Internet's community standards. In particular, we are responsive to reports of network abuse, spam/uce, or any other operational issues that adversely affect our or other site's internet connectivity or services.

Our business goals are a natural compliment to our personal goals of empowering our local community. We welcome opportunities to contribute our time and our talents wherever we can.
